USI went above and beyond during an urgent evening repair, even assisting with a product they don’t supply. Jason responded immediately—taking calls as late as 11:30 PM—and the team quickly found the answers needed. Their support kept the on-site crew moving forward without delay.
Working with USI has simplified everything—I no longer need multiple vendors because they provide all the products I need. Their excellent, personable customer service and fast delivery make the process easy and reliable. USI has earned my business as my sole supplier moving forward.
Unconventional Solutions delivered outstanding technical expertise in repairing a Detroit Thermal heat exchanger back in 2006. The repair is still holding strong today and saved the company over $100,000 in replacement costs. Their products and service truly went above and beyond.
I enjoy working with USI because their office staff is excellent and invoices are always handled promptly. Doug and Tiffany consistently ensure I get what I need, and the chiller coating project went great—the product is performing well and was easy to clean this year.
USI is always available with solutions to our unique, chemical-resistant needs—something many other companies don’t understand. Doug has been a huge help in filling that gap.
I recently used Resimetal 101 to repair a critical fan shaft in a hot location, avoiding the need to send it out for repair. The product was easy to mix, apply, and sand, and despite the heat speeding up curing time, I had the fan back up and running in just 8 hours.
